Abstract

The research delves into Strategic Management's role in enhancing Employee Performance at Universidade da Paz. It seeks to address how strategic management executed by human resource management at Universidade da Paz can enhance employee performance. Employing a descriptive qualitative approach, the research aims to generate descriptive data through observed subjects' responses and actions, whether explicit or implicit. The data collection method utilized is field research, revealing that Universidade da Paz - UNPAZ employees exhibited a highly positive attitude towards Human Resources Management in 2022. Effective strategic management is pivotal in boosting employee performance, fostering greater accountability among employees in executing their tasks. Strategic Management stands as a crucial determinant of success or failure within the Universidade da Paz setting, with a well-crafted strategy influencing positive behaviors. Strategies to enhance employee performance at Universidade da Paz - UNPAZ involve elevating work quality and quantity, enhancing accuracy and accountability, boosting effectiveness, and fostering independence among employees.
