Abstract

Advancements in digital technology offer significant opportunities to strengthen multistakeholder collaboration in quality assurance. Online learning platforms (Learning Management Systems) can be utilized not only for content delivery but also for gathering continuous, realtime student feedback, thereby replacing static annual survey methods. Professional social media platforms can be leveraged to build and maintain alumni networks more efficiently than conventional data collection methods. Database-driven partnership management information systems (dashboards) can assist higher education leadership in centrally monitoring the progress of each industry partnership, including program implementation status, the number of participating students, and achieved outcomes.

However, the utilization of this technology must be accompanied by the awareness that technology is merely an enabler, not an end in itself. Adopting technology without a shift in institutional culture one genuinely oriented towards quality and openness to external feedback will result in nothing more than the digitization of formalities, rather than a substantive transformation in higher education quality governance.
